Dr. Oz Tips:

1. Lower the calorie of count of your favorite muffine recipe by replacing white flour and vegetable oil with oatmeal and canola.

2. To help prevent diabetes, add 4 teaspoons of vinegar toyour diet daily. this will help lower blood sugar.

3. for anxiety: this milk is different from regular milk because it's fermented with probiotic kefir grains. kefir milk is also loaded with tryptophan- an amino acid that also helpsraise serotonin levels in the brain- which can help reduce anxious feelings. drinking one cup a day is enough to keep you feeling calm.


* Idea: when the banana start to damage or become black and no body want to eat, cut it and put it in freezer for morning milk shake or banana cake or morning banana muffin .
