chicken with macaroni 

Serve 4
Ing.:
4 pieces breast chicken cut it to slices
Macaroni napoletane (serve for 4)
1 chopped onion
1 can of cream of chicken soup (condensed soup)
1 cup crème.
Water as we need
Salt + black pepper + ginger
1 cup sharp cheese ( or any cheese you have, you can mix 3 or 4 kind)
1 ½ t.s butter + 1 t.s olive oil

The way:
1. Boil the macaroni as usual.
2. In the pan put butter + olive oil and add the chicken pieces with salt and black pepper till chicken is golden
3. Remove the chicken and in the same pan add the onion till become brown add condensed chicken soup, add some water till the soup is having creamy feel
4. Add the chicken and mix all together, leave it till boiling for 5 – 6 min. then add the cream and let it to boil for 2-5 min more but don’t leave it to become thick
5. Add the ready macaroni, mix it together and put it in the oven Pyrex put the cheese on the top and in the oven to become gold.
