Meat & Chicken

- Lasagna with egg plant
Medium pirex
Ing.:
1/2 kilo of meat
1 egg plant cut it thin cubes and grill or fry
1 big onion cut it small
1 big tomato cut it small
1 tomato paste + 1 b.s katshup
Salt + olive oil
1s.s of Basil, sage, cumin, ginger
9 pieces of lasagna
Bashamil + Parmesan cheese

The way:
1. Make the pan hot and add the meat and mix till it start to become done then add the onion when all the water will disappear add olive oil and tomato till all done add the cumin, ginger.
2. Add the egg plant and mix then add the tomato paste + katshup And little water and try not to be watery.
3. When it is done put the basil + sage.
4. Prepare the bashamil
5. In the pirex put little from the bashamil and your lasagna then your meat mix then little bashamil and cheese then lasagna and meat mix and bashamil and cheese then lasagna and bashamil and cheese and put it in the oven till the lasagna become soft and brown from up.

Tips:
1. if you have Parmesan cheese don't throw the end of it (sometimes it will be hard) you can put it n the bashamil it will give extra flavor.
2. When the lasagna done open from up to become brown.

3. For your clean oven in the cookies pan put aluminum on it and put the pirex on it in the oven.



Meat with vegetables:
ing.:
1/2 kilo of meat cut it to small pieces
4 big potato cut it to cube
1 onion chopped medium pieces 
1 cup of mix vegetables
3 b.s of chickpea
1 1/2 s.s smoked and sweet pepper
1 s.s cumin
bunch of salt
2 s.s of vegetable stock (i use organic)
little of hail, black lemon (if u like)
1 1/2 cup water
1 s.s debbes alrouman (pomegranate sauce)
oil

the way:
1. fry the potato and put it away
2. tefal pan add the meat till half done
3. add oil and onion and mix till all done
4. add all the pepper
5. add the vegetables. chickpea and the water, leave it for 1/2 hour
6. add the potato and salt leave it till the water become less add debbes alrouman (pomegranate sauce) and close the fire.

c.c: the water should be very little in the end not dry




Ing.:
2 whole chicken
2 b.s bbq sauce
2 b.s ketchup
2 b.s soya sauce
1 b.s honey 
2 b.s vinegar 
1 b.s white pepper
1 b.s cumin
1 b.s paprica 

c.c: if the bbq sauce include sugar don't put honey.

The way:
1. boil the chicken but don't over boil
2. mix all the ing. together 
3. heat the oven from up 
4. take the chicken from the water and put it in the oven tray with little oil, brush the chicken with the 1/2 sauce ( be generous)
5. put it in the oven till become gold and grilled, then open the oven from down and add more sauce and again in the oven but this time just to take the flavour.
