Desert


Ice cream nuttella:

ing.:
nuttella, biscuits, 1 can of light nestle, 10 pieces of kiri, cup cakes tray 12 pisces.

The way:
1. Put in the cup cake tray the butter paper and in side it 1 b.s nuttella.
2. Put 1 biscuit in each and push it if it not fit brake it but u should to push it in to the nuttella.
3. In the mix. Put the nestle + kiri and mix them for 8min. ( if there s still small pieces try to put them in the separator try it will come good don't worry)
4. Put 1 b.s in the top of the biscuits and put it in the freezer till they come hard.

C.c: when you want to eat it you should take it out and eat it



al moghli 
Ing. :
7 cups water.
1 cup crushed rice ( mathoun )
2 b.s caraway.
2 b.s cinnamon.
2 cup sugar.
Mix nuts: crush cocoanut, crush almond, crush walnut .

The way:  
1. On the fire put the water + the crushed rice and dissolve it and keep moving your        hand in one way ok.
2. Then put the caraway + cinnamon + sugar
3. When it starts to come little thick make the fire down and mix it every 5 min. (for 20 to 30 min) some time it takes less (different ovens).
4. When it come thick enough close the fire and start to put it n cups and wait till it come cold then transferee it to fridge.
5. When u want to eat it put on top the mix nuts.


Pomegranate and pomali yummy
Ing.:
1 pomelo take the skin 
2 pomegranate take the skin
2 b.s sugar 
1/2 s.s flower water

The way:
1. in the bowel put the pomelo and pomegranate add the sugar + flower water mix it ....... done.
