Maccaroni with hotdog:

Ing. : 
1. 2 cups of small macaroni ( or any small kind ) 
2. 5 pieces of hotdog cut it circle. 
3. 1 chopped onion to small pieces.
4. ½ s.s of basil. 
5. 1 s.s of parsley.
6. salt and black pepper and ½ s.s butter.

the way : 
1. boil the macaroni.
2. on the fire put the butter + onion + hotdog and grill it 
3. Then put the basil and parsley +salt and pepper 
4. Then when the macaroni done take it from the water and put it with the hotdog and mix it.

c.c : if u like u can add cheese on the top.
And remember u can always add the ing. How much u like but not too much 


- snack idea:




- Homemade corn flex bars:


ing.:
1\2 big bars of white milk chocolate
2 full hand of dry berries
2 full hand of dry apple pieces 
2 full hand of nut cut it to pieces
1 full hand of all wheat grain
bunch of salt

the way:
1.In water bath melt the white chocolate
2. Mix the rest of the ing. in a bowel
3. Add the chocolate and mix
4. In a square pan put a butter sheet and add the chocolate mix and leave it for one hour to rest
5. Take it of and start to cut it.

- Perfect idea for kids: 

you can use it for breakfast or dinner:
egg+ pieces of turkey+ green pepper+ cheese with salt and black pepper beat them all and in the cupcake pan brush it with little butter and in the oven



- Quick sweet:

Ing.:

biscuits
water
sugar

The way:
in a plate add the biscuits add little water
when the biscuits start to become soft throw the water (don't put too much water)
then add the sugar

















- Healthy Breakfast 
Ing.: for the small mason jar
1 b.s Oat
1 s.s Chia seeds
2 s.s Greek yogurt
2 b.s Almond milk
2 s.s Honey
as you like of fruits

The Way:
  1. This is the base : Add oat+ Almond milk+ Chia seeds+ Greek yogurt+ Honey
  2. Then add the fruits you like: strawberry, rose berry, blackberry, pineapple, chocolate chips…………..
  3. leave it during the night and at morning start digging.
