- Minestrone soup my way:

Ing.:
1 chopped onion
¾ cup mix vegetable bag
¼ green beans cut it small
1 small can cooked baby beans (take away the water and wash it v. good)
1 small cube of potato
6 cup of chicken stock
2 chicken Maggi (more flavor)
2 hands macaroni (the no.)
Salt- sage- rosemary- ginger- black pepper
1 t.s butter + ½ t.s olive oil
The way:
1. In casserole put the olive oil + butter add the onion with salt till become transparent add the potato and mix for 5min
2. Add the vegetable bag + macaroni + black pepper + sage + rosemary (crash) + ginger
3. Add the water + Maggi and leave it to boil and all become done then add the small beans leave it for 5min and close.

- Onion Soup


Ing.:
5 onion chopped small
bunch thyme
bunch sage
bunch marjoram
black paper 
1 lumi
1 bay leaf 
4 maggi
butter + olive oil
8 cups water

Decoration:
crispy toast and parmesan cheese.

The way:
 in the pan put butter and olive oil and start to fry onion till become gold.
add the water+ maggi + thyme+ sage+ marjoram+ black paper+ lumi+ bay leaf.
keep it to boil the leave for 3-5 hours or more and if the water decrease add more. 
more you boil it more it will be delicious.
put the toast in toaster to be crispy add the cheese and put it in the oven only from up till the cheese become gold 

to serve in the bowel to each person add onion soup and one crispy toast with cheese or u can put it near.


-Tomato soup:

Ing.:
4 pieces tomato
1 big onion ( or 2 medium ) 
1 b.s cinnamon 
3 pieces carnation 
2 maggi
1\2 cup milk + 1\2cup cream
3 b.s flour
squeeze 1\2 lemon + ketchup as u like and need 
4 cups water

The Way:
1. In casserole boil the tomato + onion + carnation + cinnamon + maggi  
2. put it in the mixture and grinding then liquidate 
3. add the milk + cream + flour + lemon + ketchup till it become red or peach.

simple lentil soup:

Ing:
3/4 cup yellow lintel
1/4 cup rice
1 small chopped onion
1 s.s cumin
1/2 s.s kaurkum
salt
7 cups water stock or 3 cube maggi with 7 cups water
lemon juice 

The way:
1. in the casserole out the lentil+ rice+ onion+ cumin+ kaurkum+ salt and the water leave it till become soft 
2. put it in the blinder then put it back in the fire if you feel it s thick add little more water then add little lemon in the end


- Broccoli and asparagus:
the ing. As much you like
Broccoli clean and cut to pieces
8 pices Asparagus
Parmesan cheese
Salt + black pepper

The way:
1. Put the broccoli and asparagus in the oven pan with little olive oil + black pepper + salt and mix.

2. Put them in the oven till they come soft and little crispy then add parmesan cheese on the top and leave it to melt.


- Dough in 10min.

Ing.:
5 cups flour
2 cups hot water
4 b.s sugar
2 b.s yeast
1\4 olive oil
2 s.s salt

The Way:
in the bowel put the yeast+ sugar and add the hot water and leave them for 5min.
in the another bowel add the flour+ salt+ olive oil+ and the yeast mixture and mix it very good.
keep mix it for 5min.
then start to feel it with what ever toy want.

c.c: you can use it to do pizza, manakesh zaatar or cheese.

Intobasto (mix plate)
Ing.:
(of course the quantity how much you like)

1 big circle of mozzarella add to it olive oil and black pepper
1 fokasha bread cut it to slice 
cherry tomato (as much you like)
artichoke cut it to cube (as much you like)
1 red pepper grilled and add on it olive oil + keeper + black pepper and mix it all in the blinder and this is will be dipping
salami cut it or you can put it as pieces (as much you like)
black and green olive 

The way: 

1. in the nice big plate or big wood plate or two add all this in nice way that every one can choose what they like and eat
