Dr. Oz Tips:

1. Lower the calorie of count of your favorite muffine recipe by replacing white flour and vegetable oil with oatmeal and canola.

2. To help prevent diabetes, add 4 teaspoons of vinegar toyour diet daily. this will help lower blood sugar.

3. for anxiety: this milk is different from regular milk because it's fermented with probiotic kefir grains. kefir milk is also loaded with tryptophan- an amino acid that also helpsraise serotonin levels in the brain- which can help reduce anxious feelings. drinking one cup a day is enough to keep you feeling calm.

How many times has put water or soup or anything liquid LPG and went on to complete another task, and when you return I found that liquid has spilled into the var and ... And stump your gas ... And sour your mood?!

Don't worry or be upset, we are all experiencing such attitudes and the simple solution to this mess you surmount all you need is a wooden spoon on a pot will work this trick

-Tray Divider

Increase cupboard space by using a serving tray as a shelf divider.

You'll need a tray almost as wide as the cupboard's depth. Cut a piece of nonskid shelf liner to fit the tray so glasses stay put and rims are protected. Place large glasses upside down on the shelf, set tray on top, and arrange smaller glasses upside down on top of tray.


- Fridge Turntable
Refrigerator door space is prime kitchen real estate. Free it up by moving a few necessities to a turntable, where they’ll still be easy to grab.

- More Space :

- nice idea to make more space for the coop bags. 


- Menus organising:

When you want to order from a resturant every one will start shouting at each other where is the menu, I
left it here no I saw it in the bedroom .....
So this is an idea to organise the menus in a nice and useful way 
First step : you will need a file, dividers and transparent paper jackets 
Second step : get rid of all the menus that you never use to order 
Third step : start naming each divider based on the food type such as (Arabic food, junk food, Japanese ,
sweets,etc....)
And start to add ur menus


Idea:
when the banana start to damage or become black and no body want to eat, cut it and put it in freezer for morning milk shake or banana cake or morning banana muffin 󾍇





















* Quick tip: cut ur salad and put it in Maison jar, shake ur dressing and put it n small Maison jar in the fridge for 3-5 days u will have ready salad in ur table every day

C.c: don't put small tomato  with it if you want put whole cherry tomato without cutting it
