3 b.s of salad cream
1 s.s french sauce
1 s.s olive oil
1 s.s of marjoram
1 s.s oregano
The Way:
cut the salad and mix every thing together

Fry pop corn as much you like

1 whole chopped lettuce
2 chopped green onion
1 1\2 can corn

The way:
Put vegetable in the bowel add 1\4 of the sauce
Fry the pop corn and add the rest of the sauce with it then add it to the salad

Mgadara hamra (red lentil)
Ing.:
1 cup black lintel
1 cup borghul
3 big onion wings
1 maggi
1 s.s Olive oil + 1s.s butter
1 1/2 cup of the lintel water
Salt
The way:
Boil the lintel in water + maggi till become little soft
In pan put butter and olive oil add the onion and salt fry till become dark then add lintel water and leave it to boil for 10 min.
In another pan add little of olive oil then add borghul and lintel then add the water from the onion but put strainer and tread the onion till all the water come down.
Cover it and leave it 15 min till all the water dry.
You can serve it with tomato and lemon pices and salt and olive oil or vegetable salad
